Several members of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) were killed by a Turkish drone strike on 4 October outside the city of Hasakah in Syria’s US-occupied northeast.
According to local reports, the drone targeted a brick factory used by the SDF as a military base in the vicinity of Safia multiple times.
Following the first raid, several SDF members approached the explosion site; 10 minutes later, a second strike was carried out, increasing the number of casualties. Shortly after that, a third explosion was heard.
The number of casualties remains unknown….
