Measles: Truth Versus Fiction – Robert W. Malone MD 3/1/25

Source: Malone.news

Measles was declared eliminated from the United States in 2000 due to a lack of continuous disease spread for more than 12 months (CDC). This was considered an outstanding achievement, and the CDC credited a highly effective vaccination program, with improved measles control in the Americas region. The truth is that almost as soon as measles was “eliminated” from the USA, once again outbreaks began to occur.

Sweeping Executive Orders Alone Will Not Fix America’s Ailing Political System – David Thunder 1/25/25

Many conservatives are exuberant that Donald Trump has won another term in the White House. And from a conservative perspective, there are undoubtedly reasons to celebrate Trump’s return to power, especially when compared with the Kamala Harris alternative: the abrupt termination of the U.S. government’s profoundly discriminatory “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” programmes; a commitment to end government-sponsored censorship of Americans’ speech; a promise to cut government spending; the much needed shake-up of the U.S.A’s pharmaceutical, health and food regulatory establishment; and withdrawal from a WHO compromised by glaring conflicts of interest such as support from Pharma investors like Bill Gates.

Doug Casey On The Coming Monetary Reset And Trump’s Impact On Gold & The Dollar – Doug Casey 2/21/25

Source: ZeroHedge.com

International Man: At $1.1 trillion, annualized interest on the US federal debt is now the second-largest budget item—and is on track to become the largest.

Meanwhile, long-term interest rates are climbing, even as the Fed lowers short-term rates.

Can the US government keep kicking the can down the road? Or will Trump have to reset the system?

American Pravda: RFK Jr. and Our Public Health Disasters – Ron Unz 2/17/24

Source: Unz.com

On Thursday the full Senate voted to confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS). This gave Kennedy full authority over one of America’s largest government bureaucracies, including its 90,000 employees and an annual budget of nearly $2 trillion, twice that of the Department of Defense.

Below is my column on Fox.com on the bizarre controversy surrounding New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy and his suggestion that he was housing an illegal migrant in his home. It is a new version of Murphy’s Law on how virtue signaling can turn into a virtual nightmare for Democrats over immigration.

Israel Ceasefire in Gaza: How Neither Israel nor Hamas Won Anything – Brian Berletic 1/17/25

Source: Brian Berletic’s Telegram Channel

The US achieved all its goals, using Hamas to trigger a regional war finally eliminating Syria and wiping out Hezbollah’s senior leadership.

Iran is left weaker and more isolated than it has been in decades.

Israel is withdrawing its forces as it always does to reorganize and prepare for the next episode of violence which will be aimed at what’s left of Hezbollah, Yemen, Iraq, and Iran itself.

Israel pretends it is angry at being pressured into a ceasefire, Hamas supporters imagine they’ve achieved some sort of victory.

All of this will repeat itself again inevitably.

Five Takeaways From Trump’s Plans To Build An Iron Dome For America – Andrew Korybko 2/1/25

Source: korybko.substack.com

This is a game-changer in the New Cold War since it’ll take the US’ rivalry with Russia and China to a qualitatively more dangerous level through the consequent hyper-militarization of space.

Trump signed an Executive Order to build an Iron Dome for America, which aims to defend the homeland “against ballistic, hypersonic, advanced cruise missiles, and other next-generation aerial attacks.” It’ll also importantly include space-based monitoring and interception systems. Some of the latter will have “non-kinetic capabilities” too, likely referring to directed-energy weapons (DEWs), but it’s unclear whether they’ll be deployed on the ground and/or in space. Here are five takeaways from this monumental move:

Washington Celebrates Al-Qaeda’s Victory in Syria – Kyle Anzalone 12/9/24

Source: Antiwar.com

Washington finally completed its dirty war in Syria. What started as a CIA covert operation to smuggle weapons and jihadists from Libya to Syria has resulted in Syria leader Bashar al-Assad being deposed and replaced by Abu Mohammad al-Julani.

Julani found his way to Damascus by rising through the ranks of al-Qaeda in Iraq. Inspired by the 9/11 attack, he joined AQI to fight against the US during the Iraq war. Julani was a close associate of both AQI leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and founded the al-Qaeda affiliate group Syria in coordination with Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Islamist Takeover of Syria Proves Tulsi Gabbard Was Right – James Carden 12/9/24

Source: Antiwar.com

The tragic events in Syria over the weekend should, but will likely not, prompt reflection and rethinking on the part of many within the Washington establishment who were at the forefront of calling for the overthrow of the secular leader of multi-confessional Syria, Bashar al-Assad, beginning in 2011 when his government was the object of a coup attempt by Islamist jihadists. What was unfolding there thirteen years ago was no secret – at the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s adviser Jake Sullivan noted in an email that “AQ is on our side in Syria” – AQ being Al Qaeda. Yet this did not dissuade an alliance of crusading “progressive” foreign policy thinkers and neoconservatives from wholehearted embracing Hillary Clinton’s war cry that “Assad must go.” The question they never had a satisfactory answer for was “and then what?”

Interpreting Lavrov’s Assessment Of Events In Syria From His Interview With Tucker – Andrew Korybko 12/7/24

If Putin hopes to reach a deal with Erdogan on Syria, then it’ll require keeping up the pretense (however unbelievable it is to objective observers) that Turkiye no longer backs terrorists, thus accounting for Lavrov’s diplomatic assessment of events there.

The Pocket Pardon Strategy and the Final Corruption of the Biden Administration – Jonathan Turley 12/4/24

Source: JonathanTurley.org

Below is my column in The Hill on the Biden pardon and how it might not prove as complete a protection for Hunter Biden — or Joe Biden — as the President had hoped. Ironically, the greatest protection for President Biden in continuing investigations in the influence-peddling scandal could prove that very case that he has denounced that recognized presidential immunity for matters that arise during a presidency. Nevertheless, the action confirms the suspicion that Hunter’s bizarre criminal defense strategy may have been based on the assumption that he had a pocket pardon as insurance against any losses in court.

Biden’s Parting Shot at America – Ron Paul 12/3/24

Source: Antiwar.com

The interim between a US presidential election and the swearing in of a new Administration has for most of our history been a non-eventful period where the outgoing Administration winds down operations and the incoming Administration ramps up new personnel before the inauguration.

The 20th Amendment to our Constitution was enacted in 1933 to reduce the “lame duck” period between election and inauguration to January 20th instead of March 4th. Increasing ease in travel and communications made such a long interim unnecessary. However long the transition period, it has been understood that with the new election came a new mandate from the American people and the “lame duck” outgoing administration was meant to quietly quack out its last few days in office without incident.

US Foreign Policy vs. China Continues Under Trump – Brian Berletic 11/21/24

The incoming Trump administration is poised to pick up where the Biden administration has left off on the decades-spanning centerpiece of US foreign policy ‒ the encirclement and containment of China.

This includes through an intense US military build up across the Asia-Pacific region, provocations over the island province of Taiwan, and continued interference in nations along China’s periphery.
