For 45 years I’ve read the New York Times in its print edition almost each and every morning, together with the Wall Street Journal. Until about a decade ago, I also read four of California’s leading newspapers in similar fashion, but as they declined into just pale shadows of what they once had been, I abandoned them, a decision made easier when the Los Angeles Times and the Sacramento Bee stopped local delivery in my area; and given the huge decline in the quality of the Gray Lady in recent years, one of these days it may suffer that same ignominious fate. Meanwhile, for the last quarter century, I’ve balanced these very mainstream morning sources of information with a wide variety of extremely alternative news and opinion websites on the Internet, whose offerings have always provided a very different view of those same events.

Back in 2019 a prominent public figure—whose name is widely known—came to Palo Alto to have a private dinner with me. Apparently he’d become aware of my controversial writings the previous year on the JFK Assassination and in the wake of the Jeffrey Epstein revelations, he’d concluded I was probably correct that Israel and its Mossad had likely been heavily responsible for the death of our 35th president. As we discussed the issue that evening, I endorsed elements of his reasoning and explained that the Mossad had also played the central role in the 9/11 Attacks, something that greatly surprised him since he’d apparently never looked into those matters.

Over the last half-dozen years I’ve regularly cited the work of John Beaty, a respected academic who spent his entire teaching career at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Fascism became a swear word in the US and UK during the Second World War. It has been ever since, to the point that the content of the term has been drained away completely. It is not a system of political economy but an insult.
If we go back a decade before the war, you find a completely different situation. Read any writings from polite society from 1932 to 1940 or so, and you find a consensus that freedom and democracy, along with Enlightenment-style liberalism of the 18th century, were completely doomed. They should be replaced by some version of what was called the planned society, of which fascism was one option.

I was beginning to think that nothing new or relevant could be said about the life of Sir Kissinger (he was made a Knight of the Order of St. Michael and St. George in 1995). But with the smell of Messianic fanaticism weighing heavily in the air of Jerusalem these days, I realized I was quite mistaken. Two weeks ago the Sunday New York Times Magazine published a long cover-story on thirty years of failed Middle East peace efforts between Israelis and Palestinians, a tragedy that resulted in the enormous bloodshed and destruction of the last couple of months. The discussion featured three Israeli and three Palestinian academics, moderated by staff writer Emily Bazelon, and the overall tone—for better or for worse—probably reflected the historical and ideological assumptions of the liberal Zionists who dominate the editorial leadership of the Times and most other major American media outlets.

Yet another “deeply embarrassing” scandal for the Canadian government, this time involving a 98-year old Ukrainian Nazi who received a standing ovation in the Canadian Parliament during Ukrainian President Zelensky’s address this past Friday, on September 22, 2023. Hmmm, coincidence?
According to the PR damage control, this is all the fault of House of Commons Speaker Anthony Rota who had extended an invitation to Yaroslav Hunka to witness Ukrainian President Zelensky’s address to the Canadian Parliament. Thus, we are told that the Trudeau government and Zelensky are simply innocent bystanders of this unfortunate blunder by one man’s oversight.

On September 13, 2023 media reports across the world exclaimed aloud that ancient aliens were discovered in Peru and presented to the Mexican Congress by a team of valiant researchers led by a journalist named Jose Jaime Maussan. The language used in the headlines across mainstream press agencies expressed absolute certainty leaving media consumers to believe that the claims of tiny three-fingered alien bodies with DNA far removed from the human species were true.
By this time, the minds of citizens were well-prepared to accept these claims uncritically as we had already been told by the Pentagon in 2020 that ‘off-world vehicles made of material not from this earth’ had been in the hands of government agencies for decades. We had been told by Pentagon insiders that alien bodies had been dissected by government scientists since the 1940s, and we had been told by major press agencies that UFOs had clashed with intrepid American fighter jets in February 2023.
If you take the coordinated messaging across all media platforms seriously, and believe what these experts are saying, then it would appear that a grand new hypothesis for the origins of humanity is on the tip of our fingertips making Hollywood films like Ridley Scott’s Prometheus and Kubrick’s 2001: A Space Odyssey more factual than anyone anticipated.
But was any of this ever true? How can we know?

Clark was told to get Bobby to back off re-opening the investigation into JFK’s assassination. Or else…
